Digital Product Notice

All products on GPLBook.com are digital goods released under the GPL license. Once downloaded, these products cannot be returned, making refunds more limited than with physical goods.

7-Day Refund Period

We offer a 7-day refund period from the date of your purchase only if certain conditions are met. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Refund Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • You request the refund within 7 days of purchase.
  • You have not downloaded the product.
  • OR you downloaded the product but it is completely unusable, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
  • OR you made a duplicate purchase of the same product by accident.

All refund requests must include valid proof, such as screenshots or error logs, if claiming a product is unusable.

Refunds Will NOT Be Granted For:

  • Requests made after 7 days of purchase
  • Downloaded products that are working as described
  • Product not meeting your expectations
  • Lack of technical knowledge to use or install the product
  • Incompatibility with third-party themes, plugins, or hosting
  • Change of mind or mistaken purchase

Please ensure the product meets your requirements before purchasing.

Limited Support Disclaimer

GPLBook provides basic usage and installation support, but not custom or developer-level assistance. Our products are sold as-is under the GPL license.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at gplbook@yahoo.com with the following details:

  • Your Order ID
  • The Product Name
  • The reason for your refund request
  • Any relevant screenshots or supporting material

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

We encourage customers to contact us directly for assistance before opening a dispute or chargeback. We are committed to resolving legitimate issues quickly and professionally.
